1. PMP/Prince 2(mandatory)
2. Worked in BFSI Domain(mandatory)
3. Have previously worked on merger and acquisition transaction (good to have)
3. Have understanding of GCC regulatoions and can understand legal terms (good to have)
4. Finance background (good to have)
5. Arabic speaking (good to have)
6. Good stakeholder management skills and right attitude for handing conflicting situations
7. Problem solving skills (examples would be required)
8. Have worked on large projects with multiple stakeholders
9. Have worked with CxO's
10. Have good presentation and communication skills.
