Urgent Hiring for **FACILITY MANAGER** job opportunity here in UAE (Locally available candidates only)

*Facility Management Duties*
Oversee development, maintenance, safety, security and cleanliness of the Company’s building and offices.
Inspect offices and buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
Supervise all staff facilities staff (cleaners, catering, security guards etc.) and external contractors
Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
Analyze and evaluate annual maintenance contract requirements and execution plan

*Labor Camps Duties*
Act as focal point of contact between the organization and the Camp facility managers
Conduct regular visit to the labor camp and regular inspection.
Escalate to the camp management any finding.
Maintain accurate records of workers using the camp facility.
Review and renew the labor tenancy contract.

*Fleet Management Duties*
Responsible for all organization vehicles controlled by the distribution function.
Initiates vehicle purchases.
Schedules and maintains vehicles.
