Job Description:
Maintain customer relationships, answering their questions; responding to special requests; and explaining product features.
Maintain store shelves by observing the display of company products; removing damaged or outdated products; tidying store shelves and provide optimum display of products.
Maintain and observing inventory levels; prompting store management to reorder when product levels appear low; arranging for return and credit for damaged products.
Complete call reports by observing the display and pricing of competitors' products.
Maintain quality service at all times.
