Experience: Minimum 5 Years’ experience as a general manager of reputable consultancy office
Proven track record of establishing and managing and operating a successful multidisciplinary office
Proven track record of business expansion and growth
Proven track record in business development and client retention
Proven track record of managing P&L and financial reporting
Proven track record in contract and fee negotiations
Excellent communication and man management skills
Detailed knowledge and connections within the local market
Masters in Business or Architectural related qualification.

Brief: Our client a Engineering consultancy office desires to expand its services into the commercial market. We seek the appointment of a seasoned General Manager to commercialize and grow the existing operation from a private engineering office to a commercial public entity. The candidate must have a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role and a proven track record in developing a profitable commercial office. Local market experience and connections within the industry are vital to the role.
