Job Purpose:
Works across a variety of Business Units to analyse and then summarise the essential responsibilities, activities, qualifications, and skills needed for a role. They will also evaluate the job and the type of work or tasks that should be performed. They will also be able to perform job classification in order to rank jobs based on a pre-determined grade comparison and knowledge of Abu Dhabi Ports job families.

Main responsibilities:
Prepare & Update Job Descriptions in a clear and consistent manner. Conduct job Analysis & Job evaluations, through research, studies, and reviews. Establish the relative worth of positions within the company as part of a methodical process.
