Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience

Additional:
Graduate with +3 yrs. of experience in customer service & operations in a reputed freight forwarding company.
In-depth knowledge of handling import /export /cross trade business by Air & Sea freight.
On job experience of international freight forwarding job costing and quotations.
Capability to handle freight enquiries, quotations, and coordination with local and international clients.
Experience in obtaining and negotiating rates with shipping lines and airlines.
In-depth knowledge of customs formalities and procedures as per UAE regulations.
