URGENT HIRE : Receivables Accountant (Female in Abu Dhabi)

Qualification and key skills required:

1. Minimum qualification of bachelor’s in commerce/accounting.

2. Experience of at least 3-4 Years in handling accounts receivables' full function from invoicing stage till reconciling customer accounts, receiving payments and closing invoices in the system.

3. Knowledge of basic accounting in terms collecting, identifying, classifying and correctly booking/recording of accounting transactions in ERP, especially for receivables.

4. Analytical and excel skills, especially in V/H lookups, pivot table, charts and data tools and must be fluently able to apply these excel techniques in reconciling receivable account and preparing summary reports.

5. Hands on experience in reputable ERP systems, preferably “Focus ERP/Conventional”.

6. Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with customers over the phone and emails to discuss, negotiate and enforce the settlement of receivables as per credit terms.
