Operation Manager/Section In charge - Fishery

Qualification : Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

Experience : Minimum of 7 years in managing Fishery Section

Location : Abu Dhabi

Job Description:

> Facilitate the exchange of experiences and develop across function areas in the organization in order to develop and implement successfully commercial concepts.
> Coordinate with all branches and third party suppliers to fix issues related to Fishery Section
> Monitor the sales report daily, weekly & monthly for section.
> Carry out price negotiation with suppliers for promotions and to reduce the prices compare to competitor.
> Generate Report, Prepare the margin sales report and other reports.
> Coordinate with Finance, Information Technology, Internal Audit, Administrator, Quality Department and all branches to solve the related issues
> Implement the new process (SOP) in Section to determine the issues and standardized the level of company.
> Track the high sales items and fix the new process to increase the sale in all branches.
> Plan and manage the activities to ensure smooth functioning and error-free work flow.
> Implement new products in all branches.
> Monitor calendar of events and provide a rolling promotion forecast.
> Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
> Visit branches and discuss issues related to items, pricing, customer requirements and display check and other related matter and submit report to Head of Fresh Food
> Evaluate and select new products positioning ideas
> Monitor compliance at all times to regulations, this includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or supplier policies/requirements.
> Understand department process flow, constantly look for areas of improvement efficiency & review department goals and business plan periodically with team to accountability ensures excellent and timely customer services and communication.
> Negotiate pricing and promotional plans, trade deals, target achievements and other related strategies to ensure that maximize the profit in section.
> Coordinate with market survey to obtain information on competitor price strategy and other promotion activities.
> Arrange products availability that meets consumer demands.
> Coordinate with the Head of Fresh Food for matters/ related issues.
> Supervise and monitor staff for supplier and market analysis.
> Monitor staff work and provide guidelines for third party supplier for smooth operation work.
> Submit analysis reports to Head Fresh Food for decision making.
Any Additional task assigned by Head of Fresh Food other related department.
