REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate Architectural or Civil Engineer with min 10 years of GCC experience with reputed Main Contractors (Building Projects).
• Advanced understanding and knowledge of Finishes & Civil materials and construction processes in UAE market.
• Good knowledge of Dubai local authorities and material test requirements.
• Sound scientific, technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness.
