Hiring for the below position for one of the leading healthcare companies in Dubai:
HR Executive - Female
(Healthcare Experience Mandatory)
Responsibilities:
-Design compensation and benefits packages and Implement performance review procedures.
-Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
-Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
-Assess training needs, coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
-Monitor HR department budget.
-Act as a point of contact regarding labour legislation issues.
-Manage employees grievances.
-Create and run referral bonus programs
-Handling end to end recruitment and overseeing daily operations of the HR department
Requirements:
-2 to 5 years of proven work experience as an HR Executive with mandatory Healthcare experience.
-Familiarity with HRMS and Application tracking system
-Experience with full-cycle recruiting
-Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
-Demonstrable leadership abilities
-Solid communication skills
-Experience/knowledge with DHA/MOH/HAAD Licensing.
