Location: Dubai

We are looking for a warehouse In Charge / Supervisor to join our operation team (must have fresh fruits and vegetable experience).

JDs:

1- Manage the warehouse staff to ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and professionally and ensure the required tasks it`s done on time.
2- Receive, pull stock, store, and maintain warehouse inventory.
3- Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are returned and get replacements.
4- Examine stock and dispose of the depreciated and obsolete stock following the company’s policy.
5- Responsible for stock control and housekeeping operations of warehouse cargo and items.
6- Ensure that the rule of FIFO is observed and maintained.
7- Checking daily the temperature of the cold room and its suitability for storing the products and to be recorded/logs are maintained for verification.
8- Professional inventory management, demarcation of the products based on long shelf life and short shelf-life products and to be matching with the daily supply quantities and prepare the preparation of material purchase requisitions once it`s required to refill.
9- Follow and practice the instructions of the Dubai government and ISO regarding health and safety.
10- Communicate with the farms (on daily basis) to check and confirm the harvest volume which will be sent to the warehouse.
11- Maintain the hygiene of the warehouse and the team.
12- Preparing the quality inspections for the received products and preparing the GRN accordingly.
13- Ensure to return the substandard items to procurement and get the replacement items on time.
14- Maintain 3 days par stock as per the business volume.
15- Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse (inside and outside areas), as well as the garbage bin, emptied regularly on time.
16- Preserve records and prepare related reports.
