We are hiring for ADMIN OFFICER to be based in DIP, Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with Group Admin Dept for new/renewal of visas, labour card, contracts and Emirates ID.
• Coordinate with Group Admin Dept for various trading and industrial license & membership renewals, police & court cases, road permits.
• Arrange new staff accommodations, ensure timely renewal of staff/labour accommodation agreements, building completion certificates, operation fitness certificate.
• Manage the processing of Air ticket, Leave pay and Medical insurance cards.
• Handle worker’s concerns, complaints and grievances.
Job Specifications:
• Qualifications: Degree in any discipline
• Gender: Male (due to the working environment)
• 3-5 years UAE experience as Admin Officer.
• Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with good knowledge in MS office.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
• Should be able to join immediately.
