#Hiring Sr. Accountant in my team for Dubai.

Our furniture manufacturing company is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience and will be responsible for complete accounting and overseeing operational accounting, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information.

Job Title: Senior Accountant

Required skills:
• Experience in a furniture manufacturing company is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage accounting operations independently and report to the unit head and head office FM.
• Experience in setting up accounting operations from scratch.
• Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions and formulas such as lookup, Pivot, sumifs, If & filter.
• Knowledge of Tally software.
• Experience in switching accounting software is preferred.
• Understanding of bookkeeping and its effect on financials, including prepaid, FAR, loan & accrual schedules.
• Ability to reconcile bank statements, CC statements, InterCompany, AP & AR.
• Understanding of three-way matching, necessary approvals, and documentation.
• Understanding of operational accounting, such as Petty cash, Cash collection, Collection follow-up, Inventory & internal dep. Coordination.
• Experience in audits & compliance, such as VAT & WPS.
• Experience in maintaining paper and electronic records.
• Habits of asking questions instead of assuming.
• Positive and learning attitude.
• Good team player.
• Comfortable with Hindi & English.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in commerce

The salary range for this position is between AED 4K-6K, depending on the candidate.
