Location: Techno-Park, Dubai
Salary - AED 5000 - 6000 Per Month.
Experience - 3 Years Minimum
Responsibilities -
TASK
1. Daily Attendance Report of All employees
2. Daily Biometrics Record of All employees
3. Timesheet submission follow up to supervisors and asking for approval from production Manager
4. Timesheet checking for encoding in ERP
5. Checking on pending timesheet for daily encoding
6. Visas - (Status checking and updating in the system for next step, submissions of documents, follow-ups for a status update, new visa applications)
7. Follow up on EID collection if there is any
