The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing dashboards using Tableau and Power BI, using tools like Figma / Adobe XD, etc to design UI / UX.

Candidate should have a portfolio of work that demonstrates required skills.

- 7+ years of experience in designing and developing dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices and design principles.
- proficient with figma / adobe xd and other UI / UX tools
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading a team and mentoring junior team members is preferred.
- Knowledge of other BI tools such as QlikView is a plus.
- Banking knowledge is a plus
