FVC is looking for Credit Control Executive to be based in Dubai.
S/he should be from IT Distribution with experience of 5-6 years.

Description:
Responsibilities and Performance Metrics:

· Releasing of Sales Order on Time & Accurately.
· Follow up on PDC & Overdue Payments on daily basis.
· Circulation of Statement of Account to Partners on daily basis.
· Account Reconciliation & Balance Confirmation on Monthly / Quarterly Basis.
· Liaise with accounts department for timely and accurate cash application.
· Calling daily to partner’s for follow up on Overdue balances.
· Daily communicating internally with the sales team and customer support team.
· Communicate pro-actively and clearly with internal and external customer on significant issues.
· Achieving monthly cash collection targets by actively chasing customers via phone & e-mail based on the targets as set by Management.
