Job Description:
Using eye contact and a smile, greet all guests in a genuine warm and inviting manner.
Provide orders to the bar/kitchen as quickly as possible, and ensure that they are prepared and served to the table in a timely manner.
Keep customers informed about the day's specials.
Have a thorough awareness of all food and beverage menu items' preparation processes and timeframes.
Providing excellent customer service to ensure guests satisfaction is achieved always.
