MMEC Mannesmann is currently searching for Senior Civil Engineer for one of our ADNOC Onshore project. You will direct & supervise a team of relevant discipline engineers providing expertise and ensuring the application of correct standards on all engineering deliverables in the design and development of projects.

Your responsibilities:
-Prepare project deliverables list and support Planning department to finalize the baseline schedule preparation
-Overall responsibility of all deliverables related to Civil/Structural Discipline (including but not limited to):
*Design Basis, Site Visit Reports, Specifications, Calculations, Detailed Drawings for Foundations and Buildings, Layouts, Grading Drawings and Civil GAs, Civil and Structural Standard Drawings, Structural Arrangement Drawings, Architectural Drawings, Bar Bending Schedule, SOW for Geo and Topo (including U/G survey), Scope of Work for Civil and Structural, MTOs, BOQs, TBEs etc.
-Providing expertise, guidance and technical support in order to ensure that the optimum design solution is selected / implemented for project
-Coordinate with Client counter-part for securing early approval of Civil/Structural deliverables
-Day to day monitoring of Civil/Structural Taskforce Team to ensure timely preparation of Civil/Structural deliverables in order to maintain the project baseline schedule
-Ensure close coordination with the internal interface disciplines during project EPC life cycle. Direct involvement in SDC & IDC review process
-Active participation in project HSE workshops and involvement in close out reports
-Support proposal effort in preparation of engineering deliverable lists, manhour estimation, MTOs, BOQs, Scope of Work, RFQs and Cost Optimization by reviewing budgetary quotations
-Active support of procurement activity by providing expert feedback on Civil/Structural related aspects
-Ensure suitable coordination with Procurement Department and Vendors for best suitable Vendor selection
-Involvement in VENDOR DATA review and approval activity
