EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & / OR EXPERIENCE

Graduate Engineer preferably and Project Management knowledge with 8-10 years’ experience in Project Planning.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCY

Project Planning/ Management :Skill

Procedures/ Sequences of MEP and Civil Construction

Project Planning Tools & Techniques

Good Knowledge of Commercial and Contracts

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Master Programme Review/Preparation and Approval

2. Preparation of Recovery/ Target/ T & C Programmes

3. Material / Drawing / Method Statement Log Preparation

4. Progress Monitoring / Updates / earned value assessment for manpower.

5. Resource and Cost Loading and Forecasts

6. Preparation / Review of Weekly & Monthly Reports

7. Maintaining EOT logs

8. Delay identification, notices, particulars and correspondences.

9. Delays analysis and mitigation measures.

10. Progress meetings

11. Look ahead programme

12. Liaise with Planning Managers/ Sr PM/PM for the smooth functioning

13. Support in CTC preparation in coordination with Managing QS / Sr. QS / PMs

14. Progress Review & Commercial Review in coordination with Managing QS/Sr.QS/ PMs
