Legal Advisor Position in Dubai:

Abdulrazzak Alraes is currently looking for a Legal Advisor for our client, a ship management and offshore vessels operating organization in Dubai that provides reliable integrated marine services to offshore oil and gas facilities. The ideal candidate for this role should be fluent in both Arabic and English and should be of Arab nationality.

As the Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for managing all litigation and disputes, including legal representation and advice on legal issues. You will also be reviewing the quality of legal work, facilitating pre-trial and all court-related work, and investigating legal claims and complaints by or against the company.

In addition, you will be responsible for identifying outside legal counsel when needed, negotiating contracts, and managing risks associated with external legal representation. You will also be monitoring the legal and regulatory environment, including changes to laws and regulations that may affect the company's operations, and advising management and relevant business heads or managers on appropriate actions.

To be considered for this position, you should have experience providing counsel and advice on legal matters pertaining to agreements, leases, consultancy contracts, commercial contracts, purchase agreements, licensing agreements, company law, labor law, and other relevant areas. You should also be familiar with the marine, EPC, offshore construction, and offshore oil and gas industries, as well as BIMCO Supplytime contracts, agreements, and similar contracts.
