Contractual Role

Responsibilities: Designs, develops and implements Business Intelligence based reporting/dashboard solutions (i.e. Oracle Analytics Cloud reporting, Oracle BI Publisher reporting). Translates business needs into technical specifications to deliver customized reports. End-to-end development and support of BI reports.
Expert knowledge to define and build custom reports that meet the needs of our business. Build custom OBTI and XML reports with Oracle HCM/SCM/FIN/CX cloud. Creating BI publisher reports, Analysis & Dashboards.

Requirements: A minimum 4-5 years of experience as a BI reporting/dashboard development using BI Publisher/OTBI/OAC. Knowledge of best practices in writing BIP reports. Have excellent knowledge in writing/debugging complex SQL queries and PL/SQL code. Have strong knowledge of Data Models/Structures of HCM/SCM/FIN/CX for writing complex SQL queries. Expertise in SQL/PLSQL. Must have Hands on experience in developing BI reports in each module: HCM/SCM/FIN/CX. Capable of creating complex BI Publisher data models (SQL). Understanding and experience of advanced reporting functionality such as bursting, notification-alerts and scheduled reports. Experience creating role specific dashboards and reports in Oracle HCM/SCM/FIN/CX. Detailed understanding of the Fusion / HCM Cloud security model and its application for reporting purposes.
