One of our leading client in UAE is looking for Administrative Assistant & Facilities Coordinator in Insurance industry
Location :Dubai
Salary: AED 4000-5000
Tenure: 6 months

Experience : 2+ years of experience working in insurance company
Job Description:
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments, between managers, booking meeting rooms and printing necessary documents for meetings as per requests.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations as requested by the management team.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Maintaining office equipment, supply inventor, review facilities invoices and co-ordinate with suppliers and internal finance department
- Stakeholder management with central facilities team in DWTC and DIFC facilities unit and attend to requests in a timely manner.
- Keep an eye on health & safety standards in the organization and report any issues to the central facilities unit.
