Position: IT System Administrator.
Job description:
Responsibilities:
· Setting up accounts for new users.
· Setting up hardware and installing and configure software and drivers.
· Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
· Maintaining and repairing technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices.
· Installing well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks and manage components (servers, IPs etc.).
· Execute on service restoration and critical event procedures.
· Investigating and Diagnosing network problems.
Skill Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
· Min Years’ experience in the same field UAE or home country.
· Problem-solving skills.
· Good Communication Skills.
