Responsibilities

Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites, and scheduling content for release at optimal times.
Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post, regular online community management.
Creation and maintenance of monthly social media analyses.
Writing for web 2.0 and 3.0 including captions, product descriptions and blogs that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
Collaborating with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging with the right Call to Action.
Willingness to undertake research and analysis of market trends, industry segments and competitors.
Planning, developing and managing clients' digital brand vision to improve their web presence and achieve their digital marketing goals.
Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications and exploring the potential value of upcoming social media sites like BeReal, FB META, ETC.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing
1 - 2 years experience as a social media executive/ intern at a similar company
Knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms according to 2023 trends.
Understanding of Hootsuite or Agorapulse and other Social Media Listening tools, and their integrations.
Understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements, specifically for Meta Business.
Ability to communicate to target audiences through a flexible, creative and engaging writing style.
Knowledge of engagement metrics, specifically for e-commerce and brand awareness.
Willingness to contribute to ideation and creation of client pitch deck.
