Sales Executive

Manufacturing company in Abu Dhabi is looking for Sales Executive - Can join Immediately.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, enthusiastic, well-organized, and dynamic Sales Executive to join our fast-paced team based in Abu Dhabi in the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales deals with various clients.

Preferably Male, presentable age between 28 – 35 years

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new leads and opportunities for growth.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and present solutions to meet their needs.
• Prepare sales proposals and contracts, negotiate terms and conditions with clients, and execute sales contracts.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote the company’s products and services and maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer complaints or concerns.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new customers.

Requirements:
• Proven 3-5 years sales experience in furniture manufacturing or related industry.
• UAE Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
• Excellent communication (English and Arabic preferred Bio-lingual) and negotiation skills.
• Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities (and experience)
• Empathic listener and persuasive speaker.
• Speaking in public, to groups, or via electronic media.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Expertise in sales techniques and processes, including experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Prior knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, products, and materials is preferred.
• Creative, pro-active, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple social media platforms and multiple deadlines.
• Diligence with accuracy, consistency, and ability to prioritize tasks.
