Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years experience in interior fit out
2. Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering, construction, or similar
3. Excellent leadership, organizational & communication skills
4. Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects
5. Management skills for handling staff and sub-contractors
