PETROLEUM / INDUSTRIAL GAS PRODUCTION FACILITY TURNAROUND (Long Term) #vacancies
Job Location: UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

(1) TURNAROUND ENGINEER / SUPERVISOR - MECHANICAL
-Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8 years of experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering minimum 10 years of experience in Medium to Large Turnaround Projects.
-Experience in turnaround co‐ordination of chemical / gas processing plants, Reciprocating Compressors.
-SAP Experience is must.

(2) TURNAROUND MAINTENANCE PLANNER
-Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8 years of experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering minimum 10 years of experience in Medium to Large Turnaround Projects.
-Experience in turnaround Planning of chemical / gas processing plants, Reciprocating Compressors.
-Sound knowledge in maintenance of Control Valves, Vibration, field instruments , MOV etc.
-SAP Experience in TA Planning is must.

(3) SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER - TURNAROUND
-Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience in Medium to Large Turnaround Projects,
with 10 years of relevant experience in handling plant structures.
-Experience in turnaround co‐ordination of chemical / gas processing plants.
-Proficiency in SAP System, Spare Parts and Material management.
NATURE OF WORK:
· Establish and develop standard work procedures for all project activities like Method statement, site specific procedures.
· Co-ordination and interaction with Manager/ Engineers to review, Implement and manage the quality requirements for the project.
· Evaluate capabilities of sub-contractors, monitor their activities and review their documents such as method statement and work plan.
· Team work with other departments with the organization to ensure consistent quality and coordinated effort.
· Attend meeting with clients for technical issues, materials issues.
· Coordination with Procurement department to ensure materials as per procurement plan.
· Co-ordination with QA/QC department, HSE department for implementation of proper quality and safety plan.
· Ensuring all required documentation is prepared on time to ensure there are zero Liquidated Damages as a result of late submission.
· Ensure that all materials are delivered from the suppliers on time.

(4) PLANNING-cum-PROCUREMENT ENGINEER - TURNAROUND
-Degree in Mechanical Engineering , 7+ years of procurement and maintenance planning for Turnaround projects in petroleum / industrial gas production facilities
-Thorough knowledge in MAXIMO and SAP in Maintenance Planning and material procurement for plant maintenance.
-Adept in PrimaVera P6 / MS Project with proven usage record.
-Good knowledge in plant maintenance, structural and pressure vessel fabrication activities.
