Role : Project Analyst - Project Management

Desirable :· Project Management Certifications (PMP, Prince II etc) · Working knowledge of Project Management Software · Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Domain Experience · 3 to 5 years experience in IT Project Management preferably in Banking and financial sector · Must have techno functional knowledge and should be able to deal with business, technical and vendor resources effectively. · Knowledge, understanding and experience in Project Management practices and frame work · Experience from the Project initiation stage till closure of the project covering planning, execution, testing and implementation. · Experience in creating and maintaining project plans, project trackers and other project documentations. · Significant experience in implementing business critical projects and changes. · Experience in coordinating and supporting business and IT resources. · Expertise in measuring project performance, project risk management, reporting & escalation to higher authorities as needed · Ensure that project risk is always at an acceptable level. · Effective verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills required for dealing with internal and external stakeholders. · Experience in testing banking application modules covering SIT and UAT. · Ability to manage initiatives from end-to-end with minor supervision · Experience in Change Management Process · Ability to work as part of a team and also independently. · Experience in vendor management · Willingness to attend office at any time if situation demands.
Human Resources Management · Good interpersonal and communication skills
Projects handled Experience handling / playing a major role in below projects · Business Application projects like Core & Digital Banking. · Payment systems · CRM and other process driven applications · Technology upgrade projects, migration projects · Compliance and Regulatory related projects.
