Administer and maintain daily operations to ensure the functionality and availability of network and security of IT systems, data centers, Cloud, servers, systems, data, backups, and communications.
Ensure that all systems are maintained as per Information security requirements without compromising on availability and performance.
Monitor network systems including false positive reduction and acknowledgement/ resolution procedures.
Must be able to monitor, maintain and troubleshoot IP Networks and interconnected Network Security technologies including overall IT Network (LAN/WAN/), Network Switches, Firewalls, intrusion detection/intrusion prevention, VPN, and Application Load Balancing, Web Application Firewall, Proxy, ISE, etc.
Resolution/Update of tickets daily generated by the IT ticketing system and respond to inbound phone and emails for technical assistance.
Ensure patching, upgrading and vulnerability management is fully maintained.
Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation
Preparing and presenting Weekly and Monthly and other ad-hoc service reports.
Should have expert knowledge in Solarwinds monitoring system.
Should have knowledge in Bluecoat Proxy
Should have knowledge in Visio
