Experience: Previous experience as an assistant lounge manager preferably for a beach club or
night club
Education: The ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field
Core competencies: Performance management, supervisory: Demonstrate ability to relate to,
communicate with and motivate employees to sustain high performance and quality levels.
Planning: Skilfully determine whether tasks should be attempted, identify the most effective
way to complete the task, and prepare to overcome expected difficulties
