We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.



Responsibilities:

Conducting property inspections and valuations

Developing and maintaining client relationships

Providing clients with information on properties and market conditions

Negotiating sales and lease agreements.

Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends

Developing marketing strategies to attract new clients

Maintaining accurate records of transactions and client interactions

REQUIRMENT:

Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Goal-oriented and self-motivated
