We are Hiring a "Housekeeping Supervisor."
Location: Dubai
Driving License: Mandatory
Preference: Applicants in UAE
Requirements:
1.Manage the work of a team of full-time cleaning operatives whilst maintain and enhance aesthetics and minimize disruption.
2. Review scope of work, schedules to ensure that they accurately reflect the jobs cost & schedule.
3.Organize the workload of the team in coordination with the ACM, ensuring an even distribution of work
4.Identify and anticipate client/customer requirements, expectations and needs by conducting personal meetings and regular site visits.
5.Coordinate with internal & external resources including department, vendors, if any, as required to meet the assigned job’s operational needs.
6.Ensure that the team of cleaning operatives perform to the standard required by the Client.
7.Ensure that the site’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times.
8.Liaise with the Assistant Facilities Manager/ Administrator on a regular basis, dealing effectively with any problems or complaints that may arise.
9. Any other tasks as requested by the Management on time-to-time basis.
