Job Description:
Need to have skills to communicate with people and arrange meetings/accept phone Calls . Good computer skills and must speak fluent English to communicate with international clients / diplomats/colleague in emails and international phone calls
Must be cooperative and possess pleasant personality and interpersonal skill
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements
Source office supplies
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Other Specification:
Should have completed Bachelors degree
At least 2 years of work experience in Management
Typing skill in both English and Arabic
Good knowledge of Computer and MS Office
Good personality
Knowledge of Account and analyze Balance sheet
