Bowlful is a cloud kitchen Concept, with two locations within Dubai and expanding quickly.
A new position of Person In Charge (Chef De Partie), is now available. The ideal candidate should be passionate for there role, with at least 2 years experience as a CDP.
The ideal candidate should have the following knowledge on :
1. Monthly stock take.
2. Managing a small team of chefs under the guidance of the Head Chef.
3.Ordering goods for the next day.
4. Proper rotation of stocks.
The Role is Available ASAP , we do not provide accommodation or transportation , but provide a fantastic opportunity to grown within a quickly expanding homegrown concept.
