Business Operations Manager - Abu Dhabi

Reporting directly to the company’s Executive management you will oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they drive sustainable development and long-term success and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.

This will include implementing strategies to ensure productivity while also developing operational strategies, innovation, and plans for growth.

As an experienced business/operations manager you will have mastered the skills of planning and organizing, managing transformational change, and know how to lead people effectively according to their management needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years proven experience as business /operations manager.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Thorough understanding of business processes, strategy development, digital transformation, and change management.
• Thorough understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques.
• Experience working in events, exhibitions, or agencies will be a plus.

Salary: 35-40k AED
