· Relevant certification in IT Security such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or equivalent preferred
· 3 years of relevant experience in IT Security Architecture
· 1 year in a position of progressively increasing managerial responsibility
· Experience with a multinational company preferred
· Demonstrated skill in the designing / implementing of IT security architecture
· Ability to explain technical issues to business individuals
· Fluent written and spoken English essential, Arabic preferred

· Assist in the development of a strategic security architecture vision including standards, policies, procedures that are aligned with overall business strategy and industry best practices and standards such ISO, NIST, SOC, etc
· Review existing IT security architecture, identifying design gaps and recommending security enhancements
· Determine security requirements by evaluating Smart Dubai business strategies and requirements, researching information security standards, conducting system security and vulnerability analyses and risk assessments, studying architecture/platform
· Assist in the development of new security architectures, security policies, principles and standards as needed by actual or expected business change at Smart Dubai
· Drive the integration of security systems with security operational processes at Smart Dubai, building on and improving those processes across the organization
· Support IT Security Department in creating, reviewing and updating the information security strategy and roadmaps on a periodic basis
