Job Description :
Candidate should has extensive knowledge of network maintenance, experience managing staff, and advanced industry knowledge to keep us on the cutting edge. Work Closely with the IT Infra & Application Team along with critical Customer Stake Holder for an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of IT operations.
Ensure appropriate documentation as part of Service Level Management Process and Under Pinning Contract with reference to Infrastructure and desktop services.
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and SOW compliance.
Experience in different IT infrastructure systems & solutions implementations, operations and services. Will interact with internal and external customers
Managing multiple internal customers across various locations Should have Project Management certification and experience
Analyse business technological needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions makers.
Identify and manage all risks (Technical and Non-Technical) within your area, including: Business Continuity; Disaster Recovery; Resource Planning; Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
Keep the performance of the Data Centre network optimal and secure, perform upgrades and patching, monitor relevant network thresholds, capacity and latency, adjust configurations to optimize traffic flow.
Work with Enterprise Security to maintain regulatory compliance (PCI and SOX) with network infrastructure components through vulnerability remediation, upgrades, configuration hardening and recurring audits.
Manage and maintain secure Data Centre and corporate office firewalls and wireless access points.
Work with the systems engineers to build new infrastructure, troubleshoot systems performance problems, network packet capture, tracing and analysis, load balancer support.
Should have working knowledge on Routing, #Switching, Server Management, Storage & Back Up and Database Management.
