Title: Project Manager – Corporate Banking
Location: Dubai, UAE
Duration: 12 months extendable

Our client, the largest bank in the UAE, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager from a Corporate
Banking background to join their team. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful
implementation of various projects within the bank's Corporate Banking division. You will work closely with
stakeholders from different teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget, scope, and time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Manage project risks and issues, including monitoring and reporting on project progress and escalating issues when necessary.
• Coordinate and motivate project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks on time and to the required standard.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project sponsors, to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.
• Ensure project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and financial reports, is accurate and up to date.
• Communicate project progress and issues to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures, including risk management, compliance, and data privacy.

Technical skills and other Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Project management certification (PMP or Prince2) is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within Corporate Banking.
• Proven experience leading large and complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of the banking industry and Corporate Banking products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
