One of our client, leading bank in UAE, looking for Property Manager

Salary: upto AED 15000
Location: Abu Dhabi
Languages: English and Arabic preferred (as per client requirement)
Minimum of 15 years experience in property/facilities management role
Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Candidate must be working in UAE (Banking Industry only)

Job Responsibilities
• Solid understanding in contract & project management and administration (FIDIC contract).
• Must have been exposed to high rise operational commercial / residential / mixed-use buildings in the UAE.
• The candidate should have a working knowledge of building operations, property, and asset management, FMMA - managing facilities management service providers, transitions management, functionality of property management systems and interfacing with clients, stakeholders, and tenants.
