Personal Assistant for an Emirati Family
- 2 people needed
- Stay in, filipina only
- LOCATION: Abu Dhabi
- Salary 2000-2500aed
- Visa, insurance, round trip ticket to country every 2 years will be provided
- Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with phone calls, managing diaries and appointments
- Controlling access to the executive booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Administrative works such as but not limited to managing filing systems and expenses reports
- Purchaser, outsourcing contractors/suppliers depending on the needs of the executive.
- Supervises household staff
- Manage storage/warehouse orderliness and inventory
