We have an opening for #MIS executive for Sales BACKOFFICE ( #Advance Excel experience is mandatory)
#SALARY : 4500
#Experience : Minimum 2 Years
#Location : DUBAI
#Skills required : Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (words. excel etc.) to support in maintaining records, report. Presentation. Etc.
Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility):

Accountable to receives & review Partners requirement. Ensures that all required information and documents are available and process the application promptly and efficiently. Responsible to achieve set KPIs as well as high level of partner’s satisfaction while interfacing with them. Providing premium care to critical partners and Managing escalations. Able to monitor / lead and support his/her team. Provide support to his/her direct manager on assigned task.
Verify required documentation, such as National ID, forms, and receipts as per TRA regulations before any transaction
Assume responsibility for tasks delegated by Manager / Sr Manager.
