Hiring Hse Manager

Hiring HSE Manager for Abu Dhabi location!

Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's in Engineering
Minimum 25 years’ experience in HSE management in O&G/Energy industry is mandatory out of which minimum 15 years of working experience should be in the GCC.
Experience in managing HSE for major shutdown of Gas Processing facilities and in managing Fire Service Department.

Responsibilities:
•Comply with the company QHSE Policy & Procedures.
•To plan all activities of QHSE system implementations and with other activities as required by the legal requirements of QHSE effectively.
•To establish and implement QSHE management system in line with ISO9001, 14001& OHSAS-18001 requirements.
•To ensure the generation of QHSE manual & all related procedures.
•To ensure effectiveness of QHSE management system by reviewing achievement status of objectives and targets defined in QHSE system and effectiveness of action against internal audit nonconformance’s with its continues monitoring of preventive actions.
•To identify and provide QHSE training as per the requirements of customers and legal rules and procedures.
•To ensure that safe work environmental conditions are available with employee heath surveillances.
•To provide necessity guidance to site coordinators and RPS’s for ensuring the requirements in QHSE as per the company internal policy and procedures and with the legal requirements.
•Will be monitoring QHSE performance from its operations and to evaluate the adequacy of control measures and its implementations.
•To be an active member of QHSE committee to ensure the delegations of responsibility has been adequately followed with.
•To be a member in internal incident investigation team for any incidents and accidents occurred as a result of a QHSE noncompliance.
•To carry out inspections, site visits and internal QHSE audit as per the schedules and plans in company’s operational areas and to ensure the system compliance and effectiveness.
•Will be providing Introduction & overview of the Company, Group QHSE inductions and awareness training to employees upon joining the company.
•Coordination with customer’s safety personal and requirements for ensuring the effectiveness in QHSE operations.
•To ensure the HSE policies are being followed and environment protection has been adequately complied with.
•Responsible for investigation of radiation overdose personnel and submission of reports to Contractors and Client.
•Assisting RPA in training programs.
•Organize monthly HSE Meeting and Management review meeting with all Business line.
• Other Required work as and when asked by the Country Head/Superior/s.
