Urgent hiring for Program Manager (Data)- for UAE Location

Job Summary: Extensive experience in managing complex data programs in banking domain involving hyperscalers like Azure, AWS or GCP and ADF/Databricks/Power BI/SAS and/or similar cloud native data tools and big data technology. Candidate should manage this complex and high focus program from onsite.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

– Efficiently handling and managing customer business and technical teams to get required inputs on time and also helping offshore project manager to that the projects are completed as per the specification within the budget and are completed on time
– Proactively identifying potential risks/issues in the project and developing strategies to avert them
– Approaching clients to understand their needs, requirements, and challenges, and translating them into viable project specifications.
– Coordinating project activities with team members and stakeholders to keep them informed and updated
– Handling communications with clients, developing strategies and providing guidance and leadership to the team members
– Researching and analyzing new technologies, consumer behavior and market trends as part of growing the business
– Analyzing and preparing reports and presenting them to the stakeholders and dealing with challenges to arrive at business-focused solutions.
– Organizing workshops and cohorts for brainstorming, data mapping, data validation, etc
– Conducting milestone checks periodically to ensure that the project is on time and within budget
Skills: Extensive experience as Complex Program manager - Data. Banking domain knowledge (Basel 2/3) is also a must-have skill
