5 years of stretch L&D experience in organizations known for L&D best practices.
Experience in Financial Services sector
Experience in GCC/ME region
Broad based experience in L&D design and delivery preferably professional skills
Globally recognized specialist L&D certification
Program design and delivery expertise

The role holder will assist Learning delivery team, delivering the new mandate for L&D relating to enhancing the L&D reach to at a 100% of the workforce while significantly reducing the cost per learning hour. The new L&D mandate is achieved by delivering learning solutions that fully leverage digital learning capabilities. The role holder also supports the Nationalization team by helping plan and delivering the trainee learning programs that are aligned to the trainee in-take and deployment plans.
