HR Administrator

Job Description:
-Prepare annual recruitment planed conduct staff recruitment accordingly.
Manage and Control HR Related Budget
-Prepare HR Manual, Policies and Procedures, Creating and providing Job Descriptions.
-Looking after the welfare of all employees/ Mange the Labor Camp
-Organizing staff training sessions and activities
-Maintain Staff Records ( Staff Leaves, Documents, Issued Items)
-Monitoring staff performance based on the set KPIs and Objectives and providing recommendations to the management for improvements.
-Manage Visa process for new / renew / outside country recruitments.
-Maintain Company Portals
-Maintaining Company Documents and process Renewals When Necessary ( Trade License / Immigration cards/ vehicle registrations etc)
-Prepare documents for registering with New Clients
-Manage Insurances ( Contractor All Risk Policy / Workman Compensation / Vehicles / Medical Insurance, etc)
-Creating and Updating company Profile and Pre-Qualification Documents.
-Creating reports for the Management related to Administration and HR
-Managing IT-related Queries, -Maintaining the company admin portal ( Microsoft 365)
-Manage Meetings ( Organizing, Taking Minutes, Etc)
-Preparation of Admin related Contracts (Wastewater management, Vehicle Servicing, etc)
-Assist Purchasing Department when required for taking quotations and issuing LPOs
-Prepare and Provide Department Budget for the department and coordinate with -Accounts Department for proper cash flow.

Requirements:

-Must have 2-6 year of experience in UAE.

-Must have excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency.

-Must have knowledge about platforms like SharePoint-office 365.
