IT Asset Coordinator having experience of 4 to 5 years as per below.
Manage Engine Service Desk IT Asset module or any IT Asset tools.
MS Excel,
IT asset inventory stock,
Bar code tagging etc.

Below is a detailed JD.
Accountable and responsible to keep the Assets Registry up to date and health status in terms of Periodic checks on all assets which include. Asset Agent installation healthy status, Physical Checks, Site Visits, Validate proper assets ownership mapping, Division, site, status.
o Accountable on Assets Registry integrity where all Summary count for each Division, site, and owner must be accurate
o Matching Physical count with CMDB / Asset Registry
– Accountable for Assets handing/Taking over Assets in the employee off-boarding process.
– Ensure Proper Structure & Classification for Products, Assets, and CMDB.
• Accountable for Monitor Software Licenses, Compliance, Unauthorized application
• Control Moving Assets
