We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated candidate to join our QC Team.
Education : Bachelor Degree Mechanical Engineer (Non Circuit branch Engineer Preferred)
Experience : 0-3 Years
Computer Literacy : Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Outlook Skills :
1 )Proficient in computer software program such as Google Doc , MS Offices
2) Review of quality documents as per the standards and procedures,
3) Basic analytical experience,
4) Data organization and storage knowledge,
5) Communication Skills &
6) Document Management.

Knowledge :
1) Accurate and efficient preparation and management of document.
2) Control the numbering, sorting, validating and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents
3)Knowledge on API Q1 , ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 added advantage

Responsibilities
1) Responsible for existing QC documentation control.
2) Recommending and implementing refined methods, procedures, and systems that enhance the quality and efficiency of documentation control.
3) Control the distribution of shop floor quality documents.
4) Responsible for logging, tracking, routing, and cross-referencing all documents under document control.
5) Maintain master listing of all documents and revisions to same.
6) Ensure manuals and instruction books are up to date.
7) Ensure document control complies with API / ISO requirements
