We are looking for a #HRExecutive to join our team in Abu Dhabi immediately. The ideal candidate for this position should have 2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably with a focus on blue collar employees.

Responsibilities:
· Manage the recruitment and onboarding of blue collar employees (primarily bike riders and vehicle drivers), and communicate with managers.
· Assist with payroll calculation, WPS transactions, leave salary, encashment, loans & advances, etc...
· Process visa requests and coordinate medical insurance transactions.
· Maintain employee files, both physical and electronic and record employee attendance.
· Follow up with employee grievances and issues.

Requirements:
· Proven experience as HR Executive, HR Coordinator, or any related position.
· Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
· Solid understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
· Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS.
· Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
