Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing projects and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Experience in project management using AGILE ,PMBOK or PRINCE2 Methodology for medium to large-sized projects.

Minimum6 to 7 years experience in project management or PMO.
Knowledge of the property industry and business processes.

PMI-PMP, PRINC2 Practitioner, managing successful programmes (MSP)in project management methodologies .

Agile certification is plus.
