Seeking a passionate food & beverages manager with proven experience to connect with staff & guests alike and to maintain highest level of hospitality experience.



Requirements:

* Min 2-3 years full service experience as Restaurant Manager

* Keralite or south Indian candidates preferred

* Flexibility in working hours and shifts as required

* English & Hindi fluent

* Supervise and manage daily front & back restaurant operations, staff and financial operations

* Ensure restaurant complies safety and quality standards as per DM & company policies
